Dog Registration
Dogs six months and older are required to be registered with the City and have a current rabies vaccination on file. Registration begins March 1st and tags are valid through February 28th/29th. Late fees are assessed beginning May 1st.
To register and receive a city tag, please complete the registration form (link provided below), provide a copy of their current rabies vaccination certificate, and pay applicable fees.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES:
1 dog: $15
2 dogs: $25 ($40 total)
3 dogs: $50 ($90 total)
4 or more dogs: +$50 each
Registration documents can be turned in at City Hall during regular business hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (closed 1p -2 p for lunch).

Checks should be made payable to City of Lake Quivira.
You may also pay by credit card in person or online. Service fee of 2.5% applies. Please click HERE to be directed to our online payment portal. Use the drop down menu and select dog tag registration.
To email your forms to the City Clerk, please click HERE. Tags will be mailed to your residence upon receipt of payment and applicable forms.
