2018 IBC & 2018 IRC Information
The City of Lake Quivira adopted Ordinance No. 306 amending Title V Section 4 of the Code to incorporate by reference the International Building Code 2018 Edition, with omissions and additions, to regulate the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, movement, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment, use, height, areas and maintenance of property, building or structures in the City of Lake Quivira, Kansas; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore.
