COURT CONVENES AT 5:30 P.M. ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AND IS HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL. CASES ARE HEARD ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. REGULAR OFFICE HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (CLOSED 1 P.M. - 2 P.M.) THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY.
Arrive to Court on time
Appropriate dress is required
Defendant's under the age of 18 must appear with a parent or legal guardian

If you need a continuance, please contact the court clerk. Continuances will be granted one time by phone. Future continuance requests must be made in person before the judge.

Payment should be in the form of a check and made payable to the Lake Quivira Police Department. An Entry of Appearance and payment are required in advance of discovery being released.
