The City of Lake Quivira is committed to keeping our residents, visitors, contractors and other service personnel, and employees safe while at work and at play.

The entrance to Lake Quivira is in Wyandotte County at the intersection of Holliday Drive and Crescent Boulevard. A guardhouse – staffed with security personnel – provides 24-hour security and monitors entrance to the community. Residents will notify the front gate about expected guests, delivery services, and contractors who are required to check in before being admitted. All guests and contractors must adhere to community laws and regulations, including the 20 mph. speed limit and parking restrictions within the gate.

The City’s Police Department keep residents and their visitors safe and provide emergency response services. The police department patrols public and private roads within the city’s boundaries.
