Lake Quivira's Planning Commission and City Council have developed recommendations to update the community's zoning and subdivision regulations.

Focus points are:

* Building Height

* Impervious Area / Lot Coverage

The updates are designed to create consistency and provide flexibility, while maintaining Lake Quivira's unique character. Come learn about the draft updates, ask questions, and provide comments!

Drop in anytime between 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. There will not be a formal presentation. The project team will have display stations to show what's being considered and be available to answer your questions.
